By accessing this website, submitting nomination portfolios, or participating in any award ceremonies hosted by The Zenith International Impact Award Council ("The Council"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Nominees must meet the specific eligibility requirements listed in our core program guidelines. The Council reserves the right to disqualify any nominee who is found to have falsified documentation, committed illegal acts, or violated standard community guidelines of integrity and ethics.
All portfolios, references, impact metrics, and documentation submitted to The Council must be 100% accurate, verifiable, and truthful. Any attempt to misrepresent data, purchase third-party validations, or fabricate credentials will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from all future Zenith events.
All evaluation scores, shortlists, and selection decisions made by our independent International Grand Jury and Board of Compliance are final, binding, and absolute. The Council will not enter into negotiations, correspondence, or appeals regarding selection outcomes.
The Council maintains an absolute zero-fee policy for award screening and nominations. We strictly prohibit any financial transactions in exchange for accolades. Nominees or sponsors who attempt to offer bribes, donations, or sponsorships in exchange for selection will be immediately disqualified.
The Zenith International Impact Award Council logo, brand assets, certificates, trophies, website design, and promotional media are the exclusive intellectual property of The Council. Award winners are granted a non-exclusive license to showcase their accolades for personal and professional branding, provided they maintain standard trademark integrity.
